How does an airsoft birthday party work?

Your reservation includes private field access, a dedicated host, rental AEGs, goggles, and 4,000 BBs for 2 hours. Check in at the pro shop for waivers and a safety brief, then play rotations. After games, hang out for cake or pizza in the staging area.

How do reservations work?

Click Book Airsoft Party to choose a time and pay a $50 deposit toward your total. Pay the rest on arrival. Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a refund, or call to reschedule.

Can we bring our own gear?

Yes. Rentals are included for up to 10 players. Guests may bring their own airsoft guns if they meet Coyote Field FPS and safety rules.

What if we have less than 10 players?

No problem. The package rate is flat for up to 10 players. Extra players beyond 10 are $20 each with gear included.

Can we bring our own food / cake / pizza?

Absolutely! Bring your own snacks, cake, drinks, and decor. We sell snacks too. Just bring a cooler if you need to keep anything cold—we can’t store items or plug in crock pots.

What is the minimum age to participate?

Ages 10 and up. Parents can play too!

Is there a waiver to fill out?

Yes there is a waiver that must be signed by a parent / guardian (for kids under the age of 18). Please click this link or the button below. We also have waivers in our proshop you can fill out before you play!
