FTX 12: Player Logistics & Schedule

We’re looking forward to an awesome weekend of battles, food, and community! Please review the parking, staging, and game schedule below so everything runs smoothly.

🚗 Parking & Staging Information

Vendors/Food Truck Parking

• Vendors and food trucks may park in designated areas near the barn entry.
• These include in front of the large pine tree or in front of the stable doors.

Parking Lot

• The parking lot is parking only – no staging here (safety concern).
• If you want to stage out of your vehicle, contact Justin to arrange a spot in the vendor area.

Outdoor Staging

• Outdoor staging is welcome on either side of the barn.
• Bring your own tent, or use the provided tents and tables.
• Please do not block parking or field access.

Indoor Staging

• Indoor space is first come, first serve.
• Once it fills up, please avoid overcrowding.

🛍️ On-Site Vendors

• Fletcher’s Airsoft Shop – Bringing a wide selection of fresh airsoft guns, gear, and accessories.
• 🍔 Yurburger Food Truck – Serving smashburgers, fries, and more (see menu below).

• 10:00 – Field Opens
• 10:00 – 11:15 – Registration
• 11:15 – 11:45 – Safety, Game & Commander Briefing
• 11:45 – 12:15 – Mission 1
• 12:45 – 1:15 – Mission 2
• 1:45 – 2:15 – Mission 3
• 2:15 – 3:15 – Food Break w/ Yurburger
• 3:30 – 4:00 – Mission 4
• 4:30+ – Mission 5 & Awards
