Theme: Ashes of Harvest
Date & Location: May 17, 2025
The world has ended. The weak are gone. The strong are desperate. In the scorched aftermath of civilization, only the ruthless survive.
FTX 9 drops you into a full-throttle, post-apocalyptic battlefield inspired by Mad Max, Fallout, and other wasteland epics. Join one of several emerging factions and fight for control, water, fuel, and territory in the chaos of the "Ashes of Harvest" storyline. Will you thrive... or become dust?
🧢 What to Bring:
- The Look:
Come dressed for the end of the world.- Weathered, torn clothing
- Makeshift armor (foam, scrap, repurposed gear)
- Goggles, masks, bandanas
- Spikes, chains, and other wasteland bling
- Props encouraged! Colored bottles for "water" and "gas" will be used throughout gameplay.
🎭 Roleplay & Immersion:
Get into character. Adopt a wasteland persona. Speak like a raider. Barter like a scavenger. Lead like a warlord.
⚔️ Scenario Missions:
💧 1. The Water Wars – A Thirst for Survival
Control the wells. Own the battlefield.
- Fight to capture and hold key "water sources."
- Some wells are contaminated—only purifiers (special props) can make them safe to claim.
- Water balloons = bonus points, but if they burst, they’re worthless.
- Bonus: Team with the most wells at the end scores +10 points.
⛽ 2. Convoy Escort – Fuel for the Fire
One team must escort a fuel convoy across hostile ground. The rest will try to ambush it.
- Convoy only moves if fueled. Each gas bottle = 30 seconds of motion.
- Raiders can build roadblocks (pallets) to reroute the convoy.
- Poker chips represent stolen fuel—get them back to your spawn to score.
- Reinforcements only arrive when the convoy calls for them.
- Objective: Safely deliver the convoy, or take it down.
🏰 3. The Siege – Push Through the Lines
A brutal defense mission where one side must hold fortified positions while under siege.
- Defenders: 2 lives per position
- Attackers: Unlimited respawns
- Fall back when you're overrun—make your stand count.
- Objective: Defend the lines or break them.
🚩 4. Capture the Outpost – Territory Control
Wasteland real estate is power.
- Multiple outposts across the field.
- Capture by holding them or planting your team’s flag.
- Holding more outposts = better respawn times and supply access.
- Objective: Dominate the map.
🏜️ 5. Wasteland King of the Hill – Domination
A central zone becomes the focus of all-out war.
- Hold the hill to earn points, but beware—it moves.
- Objective: Control the point longer than anyone else.
⚙️ Game Mechanics:
- Respawns: Return to your faction's "settlement" after a set time.
- Currency System: Earn bottle caps/tokens during missions. Use them for in-game perks.
- Dynamic Missions: Scenarios scale in challenge and reward. Stay flexible. Stay alive.
🛠️ Final Note:
This is a higher-immersion event with continuous engagement, role play encouragement, and a rich, player-driven world. Costumes and creativity are celebrated—go all in!
